To whom it may concern at Flipside Media, I am writing to you to express my concern and disgust towards your recent vacancy advertisement. I have been applying for jobs similar to the one you have described and was considering applying for yours, but upon further inspection I discovered multiple flaws and infringements within the requirements. Firstly, this advertisement states that the employee will be required to work between 10 and 45 hours per week and earn between £15000 and £35000 per annum. This is an extremely broad spectrum and the amount is not a certainty, and could become potentially illegal as another requirement you have stated is that the applicant must be 'under 30'. Not only is this an infringement of the Equality Act (2010) under discrimination of age, an employee under the age of 18 cannot legally work over 40 hours per week. 12th October 2016 (2 Lessons) In today's lessons our group managed to finish our storyboard for our 90 second short. We went and assessed the location that we are going to film in (park opposite college), took pictures to refer back to when planning and briefly planned how we were going to shoot. We then returned to class and completed a Film Location Recce, outlining potential sound and light issues that we could come across. Finally we began to write the dialogue for our short film. 17th October 2016 (2 Lessons) In today's lessons, we collected all f our paperwork together and completed any paperwork that were still incomplete, for instance location recces, shot list etc. We also completed and typed up our script. 19th October 2016 (2 Lessons) Today, we been filming out 90 second short film.
